Refund Policy

We provide custom services — strategy, setup, automation, marketing, and development work — that require our time and resources from the moment an engagement begins. Because this work is performed specifically for you, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Deposits and setup fees reserve our time and cover onboarding and initial build work. They are non-refundable once we begin work on your project.

For one-time, fixed-price projects, refunds are assessed based on the stage of the work completed. If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit. Once work is underway, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Monthly and retainer services are billed in advance for each period and are non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel future billing by giving notice as described in your agreement; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf — such as ad spend, software subscriptions, domains, or platform fees — are non-refundable, as these are paid out to those providers and are outside our control.

If you believe you’re entitled to a refund, contact us using the details below with your name, the service involved, and the reason for your request. We review every request in good faith and will respond within a reasonable time.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services while the matter is reviewed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
